Every year law firm marketers, administrators and marketing partners go through this process where we submit our "wish list" budget and generally end up with a shadow of our original requested budget. We are then forced to make the hard choices of what marketing or business development projects to keep and what to cut.  Join us for a luncheon program to learn about current budgeting trends and what initiatives are being seen as critical to the business success at firms of all sizes.

We will discuss if budgets are up, down, or flat. We'll also discuss where money is actually invested and identify potential buying projections. This panel is designed to help you determine how to best allocate your 2013 budget and how to make the case for those budget items you see as "mission critical" to keep your firm competitive and relevant with your internal and external clients and prospects.
