LMA Southern California presents
Creating a Culture of Cooperation

How does one create a culture of cooperation in a department, group or firm? How can we make our department and firm a more sustainable and effective place to work?
We will discuss how to create a culture of cooperation in law firms. Specifically:

  • The role feedback plays in creating high performing teams
  • The importance of a common vision/mission
  • How understanding and appreciating differences can lead to better decisions and cooperation
  • How mentoring and peer coaching can change culture
  • Ideas on how to lead across boundaries (geographic, cultural, etc…)
